I think that the brown house is actually shaped really weird and I dont know wheather it is just me or maybe EA wanted some variation between the houses but anyway because of thus shaped it is hard to design and hard to give much of a garden to. This building is used in a lot of tasks and even though it is not very well known it should still be acknowledged.
This is the very basic but effective design for 'The Brown House'. As I have said on other pages this is what you will see in nearly any of your friends towns. This is a great design for anybody who dosen't really like the Brown House and it is also a really good design for anybody who has little cash to spend designing the Brown House, it is a very easy design to make and it takes very little time to asemble this design.
I really like this design because it coinsides so well with the EA idea of this town being abandoned. This is a great design because it gives the effect that the front garden hasen't been cut since the last tennents moved out. I really like the variety of plants in the front garden and I think it really gives a abondend yet colourful look. Another version of this design is with people using trees and you can only see the house roof.
I really like this design because it is very compact and very natural looking. As you might know to have a 5 star town rating at level 41 you need 47 houses in your town. This spcific design is a great help in reference to this matter. It also looks very realistic with the one pavement line being the path leading to each house. Another great feature of this design is that it is such a cheap design and it is also very easy to design.

The Brown House.
The 'Brown House' is the third building we get and the first building with an unknown owner. This house is used to finish offf Evergreen Terrace and is sopposed to be the Simpson's neighbour. This specific building is used for many different tasks which also gives you a really good reason to design it up a bit.
