This is just one of the regular buildings but they are all shaped about the same. All of the houses should be as close to the road as possible because the pavement and grass that come with the house wont look right no matter what you do. The only thing these houses might need is a bin at the front of the house. One thing people never agree on is whether to have a bit at the side of the hous leading into the garden or not. It is a known fact that the Simpson's house has ne in the actual show.
This is probbly the most common design with most towns. It is a good and simple design because it has the typical house as close to the road as possible and it also hasthe vry easy and cheap gardens at the back of the house. The most important bit with this design is that you give a bit of variation in your gardens (using different trees and bushs). The Simpson's house should definitely have certain items in the garden like homer's hammok and padel pool.
This is a design that 99 out 100 towns won't have. This design is used to make the illusion of a hill. You can put as many houses as you wan't on the hill. You don't have to make your 'hill' as high as the one in the picture. This is a nice design around the house with lots of different coloured plants and an oddly shaped river. Another nice idea is th seat facing the river and the patio beside the house. One other idea is to put chairs one on top of each other to make a stairs.
I think this is a really nice design with the mini hill along the seaside. The front gardens can be decorated just about as much as you want and don't need a back garden. The most important thing to make sure you don't do is put two of the same buildings beside each other because you don't want your town to look boring and you want it to vary. Another important thing with this design is to give a way down to the beach.

The Purple, Blue, Pink & White Houses.
The Purple, Blue, Pink & White houses are the next buildings we get. People mainly keep these buildings, the Simpson's house, Flander's house and the brown house to make a small terrace (Evergreen Terrace). They are all normally designed the same. I want to show you how to design them different while keeping them alike overall.
