I think that this is a nice design for the Duff Brewery because it gives a nice colourful design to it while still making it look like a professional factory. One thing I love is the huge open walkway leading to the main entrace. It looks pofessional with the pavement as the walkway but stylish with the nature all around it. I also like the parking spaces behind the building (but maybe I would but the racecar where it can be seen more).
I think this is a good way to design the Duff Brewery for anybody who wants to have an industrial part of their town or is stuck for money but has donuts to spend. This design looks exactly what I think a factory would look like without making it look boring. Again this is nice with the parking spaces hidden from the front of the building. The Duff items are a really good idea for this design to really bring it to life.
I personally like this or the first design the most. This is a good design because it keeps the natre design and has the parking spaces in a stylish way. The variation in colour of the plants I feel is just unique to the other three designs and thi design also does not take up much land at all. The one negative detail to this design is that the front door is not in the middle of the walkway but that is easy fix and hard to notice.
With this design it is a nice combinasion of the first two designs. It has the grass keeping the nature part of the first design and the promotional items keeping the premium items of the second design. This design got rid of the parking spaces (which some people might feel are boring and space consuming) but does have a garbage bin in clear view in the corner of the building's space (which I feel is a nice touch).

The Duff Brewery.
The 'Duff Brewery' is the first premium building we can receive. It costs 190 donuts and with this you receive 'Duff Man' who would be your first premium character. This building will be by far your biggest building and normally people will buy it (if they are) later on in the game when they have the space.
