The Kwik-E-Mart only costs 220 the first time you buy it but costs 20,500 every time after that. This is a very common building in peoples towns so I like to design them differently. This building has standard doors so dont put parking spaces right infront of the door. The great thing about the Kwik-E-Mart is that it ca be put anywhere.

This is a very esay and cheap design for anybody who wants to design their Kwik-E-Mart. This is a nice design because it also has the nature part of this design so that it isn't all grey of the pavement. The phone booth is another smart idea in this design that just look like what a local shop would look like in everyday life. I personally like the way it is facing a different ay to the rest of the buildings on its road because it gives emphasis on this specific building.

I think this is one of the best 3-D effect ideas I have ever seen. You cannot see the full picture because i couldn't get it all in a screenshot. It is the Kwik-E-Mart with pavement going from left to right and that is the road at the bottom of the picture. You can change the movie scene to whatever yu like onve it fits inide your feces. Personally I spread the parking spaces out a bit further apart to make it look more like a drive in movie.

I really like this design and feel it is one of them ideas that isn't normally noticed but if it is the feedback is always positive. This is a very smart 3-D effect design . The fact that it is fireworks hidden behind the Kwik-E-Mart is nearly funny because of the amount of emphasis on Apu around the 4th of July. Another cool feature of this design is how they created a petrol station behind the Kwik-E-Mart.

The Kwik-E-Mart.

The Kwik-E-Mart is the first store you will get in the game. The Kwik-E-Mart is a very well known building and is run by Apu. Over 30 characters have tasks involving the Kwik-E-Mart so it is important to give it some kind of recognision. You can by a Scratch-R every 6 hours. They cost $250 but you never lose.
