I don't personally like the Aztec Theatre that much because it is a rectangular building so you have to put items around it and I just hate the idea of decorating buildings like that. One of the ONLY good things about this building is that it has a big open entrance which is great because now you can have a big, long walkway which can be a bit easier to design. I would put this building back with a big walkway in front of it to design that.
This looks really spectacular with the fog but for the most part of the year this design might not look as professional as it does in the picture. If you like this theme you should really place it in a dark or spooky part of your town (for those who have a forest this would go well right beside it but not in it). To help make it look spooky put dark trees around it but not too many. The pumpkins look really well to help this theme and so do the bare trees and skeletons.
This is a really effective design if you want to go all out on showing off a specific building. You can make it as tall a you like and something I really like is the 3-D effcect of a pillar to the right. The great thing with this design is that you can change thigs so much but still have the same rough idea, to really personalise your town.

The Aztec Theatre.
The Aztec Theatre is a cool premium building that only costs 80 donuts. The good thing about this building is that there are so many objects that look good with it. It is a very small building so you have to design it right to make sure it dosen't look like a just a load of crap around it.
