I like Frink's Lab because at the start it had no items to go with it but now EA has slowly brought more and more items to go with it. One cool feature with this building is that it has two different entrances. This building is shaped like no other building and it is very unique to have it in your town. The one bad feature this building has is that it is rectangular which I feel are always harder to design without making it look like items are just put randomly around it.
I really like this design because not only does Frink's Lab not look out of place but none of the buildings in this specific design (which normally look out of place) look very natural in this design. Another great feature of this design is that if you wanted you could make it much more compact which is great for anyone who is or is about to run out of land. Something else I like about this design is that you can put in any of the scientific items and they would fit in perfectly in this design.
This is a very smart design taking full advantage of the two entrances. Another interesting idea in this design is the path leading from the entrance to the Springfield Observatory. The other entrance comes to his very technical looking car where he can drive out his driveway. One of my favourite parts of this design are the pink flowers around the Springfield Observatory (which still give the 3-D effect of a hill).
I like this design a lot because this design uses various different scientific items to give the idea that Frink is working on them. It has the car beside the road for easy access to the road. Another interesting idea with this design is the walkway going the whole way down the back garden. The fencing around it is nice becaue it gives a scence of privacy while showing the public his work. This is a good design because it can it into nearly any space.

Frink's Lab.
Frink's Lab is the second premium building you can receive. It is also how you can recieve your second premium character. I believe it has great potential but not many people use it to the full. The great thing about this building is that we have recieved so many scientific items (mainly premium items) that we can use to decorate it to the full.
